Abstract Information: In this interactive session, attendees will engage in real-time learning processes that Uncornered uses across sites to empower gang-involved networks to reduce and end violence. Attendees will participate in activities to build understanding of participatory learning methods and how to learn from gang-involved networks to reduce violence. Uncornered harnesses its proven, evidence-based model to help individuals perpetuating violence in their cities transform into Catalysts for change to lead their cities to peace by directly engaging, supporting and leveraging the influence of the group of individuals who are responsible for and victims of the vast majority of violence, Uncornered plays an outsized role in interrupting the cycle of violence.
