Abstract Information: Utilization of M&E findings in Humanitarian organizations has become a critical focus of the different stakeholders in development. Different scholars have articulated the influence of the different factors on the utilization of M&E findings in Humanitarian Organizations. The paper examined the influence of the organization system on the utilization of M&E findings in Humanitarian Organizations in Uganda. CAFOMI was used as a case study to examine the organisational factors in humanitarian organizations. The research was conducted using a Cross-sectional study survey and descriptive research design. The study had a sample size of 77 questionnaires to be responded to. Interviews and documentary reviews were undertaken. The study examined the influence of organizational factors in CAFOMI using the scientific tool SPSS to analyze the variables and come up with the study's results and recommendations. Descriptive statistics highlighted that utilization of evaluation results for planning improves organisational performance. Furthermore, inferential statistics also revealed that the organization system significantly influenced the utilization of M&E findings among Humanitarian Organizations. Specifically, the critical organizational system aspects influencing the utilization of results were individual roles and responsibilities, duties execution on the basis of qualifications, effective communication channels, management of flexible changes, storage of data, and accessibility of M&E data by employees In conclusion, the study established that organizational systems influenced the utilization of monitoring and evaluation results in humanitarian organizations. In order to enhance the utilization of monitoring and evaluation results, it’s imperative for humanitarian organizations to streamline individual roles and responsibilities, duties execution on the basis of qualifications, effective communication channels, management of flexible changes, storage of data, and accessibility of M&E data by employees in Humanitarian organizations.
