Abstract Information: The integrity of survey responses relies on the ability to have authentic entries, yet the rise of automated bots undermines this important aspect of data collection. This poster presents an example of methodology aimed at detecting bots in survey responses, using traditional techniques and examining advanced approaches. Beginning with an overview of bot detecting methods, this poster delves into the traditional methods used and the challenges posed from manual review. Examples of manual review techniques include creating a decision tree to standardize the review process of survey responses which is included in this poster.
