Samuel Isiko, SI

Samuel Isiko is a Doctoral Student majoring in Educational Research and Evaluation (EDRE) and a Grad
Ohio University, United States

Introduction: Samuel Isiko is a Doctoral student in the program of Educational Research and Evaluation at Ohio University. He has 26 years of practical experiences in leadership and management, monitoring, evaluation, and learning, grants management, procurement and supply chain management and systems strengthening for HIV, and AIDS in Africa.
Work Experience: From 2016 to July 2022, he served as the Principal Technical Advisor for all Projects in The AIDS Support Organization (TASO) Uganda.
From 2014 to 2016 he worked as a Director Capacity Development in the same organization. he provided leadership to the monitoring and evaluating performances of Civil Society Organizations supported by TASO-Uganda for improved HIV service delivery in countries like South Africa, Sudan, Kenya, Tanzania, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, and Ethiopia.
He provided technical support that included procurement and supply chain, controlling financial disbursements and transactions in TASO Uganda, management of staff disciplinary and Co-chairing the TASO Uganda investment and financing committee. He served as the secretary of the TASO Board committee for finance, procurement, and supply chain management and the committee for mobilization and advocacy.
Education Background: Samuel Isiko has a master’s in educational research and evaluation from Ohio University (US), Graduate studies in procurement and supply chain management, bachelor’s in business administration and Diploma in Secondary Education.
