Erin Flicker, PhD, MSW, LICSW (They/Them), is the Deputy Director of Integrated Population Health at the MN Department of Human Services. With a PhD in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development: Evaluation Studies from the University of Minnesota, Erin specializes in using evaluation to drive equity and systems change. They have led high-level evaluation teams, developed impactful strategies, and advanced the use of innovative evaluation techniques. Erin provides consultation to research and evaluation centers about how to levergae and integrate equity based evaluation theory, and they serve on the Board of Directors for Rainbow Health, advancing equitable healthcare for queer individuals with intersecting and historically marginalized identities.
