Worked for 15 years on urban community development in Latin America and then for 20 years with the World Bank working on gender and development, urban research and coordinating evaluation training in Africa and Asia. Since retiring I have consulted with UN agencies, multilaterals and bilaterals and NGOs on the evaluation of development programs.
