Hi! My name is Kit Alviz (she/her), M.A., and I am a Program Planning & Evaluation Analyst with University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources. I have 14 years of experience working with Cooperative Extension in two states. Working with programs to evaluate their outcomes brings me joy! I'm also involved with evaluation capacity building, civil rights compliance, monitoring and accountability reporting, all things Qualtrics, and IT product development. I attend AEA to learn about new methods and catch up with colleagues. When I'm not working, I love adventures to nature spots and divey restaurants. Thanks for reading!
