Michaela Ward is a Senior Analyst (Quantitative Methods) at Abt Associates with experience in prevention and K-12 education research. Methodological experience includes conducting randomized control trials, systematic evidence reviews, meta-analyses, and mixed methods analysis including triangulation between qualitative and quantitative findings. Current projects include conducting systematic evidence reviews for the Prevention Services Clearinghouse and What Works Clearinghouse, and a randomized control trial assessing the impact of a peer mentoring program for families involved with the child welfare system and substance use disorder (R3-Impact). Prior to Abt, she worked in academic social science research and education policy research.
