Tola Heng has spent around 13 years working in the fields of Data Management, Data Analytics, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Learning. During his career, he has developed several project databases, monitoring, and evaluation systems by integrating with innovative technology for local NGOs, international NGOs, and private sectors. Currently, he is working as a monitoring, evaluation, learning, and reporting manager for the DWD project to lead and create an environment in which data and evidence are systematically produced, analyzed, and interpreted, and establish how knowledge is institutionalized and utilized for program growth.
Tola holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the Royal University of Phnom Penh and a master's degree in business and administration from the National University of Management. During his career, he also earned other professional development certificates such as Monitoring and Evaluation for Sustainable Development at Wageningen University, Netherlands, and data science from John Hopkin University through Coursera.
