I graduated from Evaluation Studies, University of Minnesota. I've spent my career in education, including working in a junior high school, the Ministry of Education, the local government, and currently as an Associate Professor at Department of Education & Graduate Institute of Educational Policy and Administration, National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) in Taiwan. My interest is evaluation use, and like to work with schools to conduct evaluation that are meaningful and helpful.
