Nicky Maccalla is from the Los Angeles area of California and serves as the Co-Director of Evaluation for the Coordination and Evaluation Center at the University of California, Los Angeles, as well as a part-time faculty member at the University of Southern California. They earned a PhD from UCLA and have been a part of the evaluation community for over twenty years. Evaluation projects span from large, government-funded studies to Colleges and Universities, K-12 Schools/Districts, and private and non-profit foundations. They specialize in evaluation capacity building and evaluating health- and education-related programs, institutes, and consortia through an equity lens. They look forward to sharing new evaluation insights with evaluation colleagues.
