Jennifer P. Villalobos is an Assistant Professor of Evaluation Practice at Claremont Graduate University (CGU). She is also a program evaluator, organizational psychologist, scholar, and researcher with doctoral and master’s degrees in positive organizational psychology and evaluation from CGU and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and history from USC.
Her practice and academic interests are deeply rooted in positive organizational interventions, transformative and social justice-oriented evaluation methods, and the advancement of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within organizational settings. She is particularly passionate about the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and evaluation, exploring how AI can be leveraged to enhance equity-focused evaluation practices and contribute to social justice.
Recognized for her dynamic and interdisciplinary approach, she influences the fields of evaluation and organizational psychology through her innovative research, teaching, and practice, with a goal of fostering equitable and positive organizational change.
