Catherine Wolfe Bornhorst, Owner of Born Ingenuity, leads and supports various evaluation and research efforts fundamentally committed to equity and social change. She began her career as a classroom teacher in Cincinnati Public Schools which established her professional identity and perpetually fuels her passion and continued scholarship. She furthered this scholarship as an instructor and program director for eight years at Miami University in their Primary Education Department as part of the College of Education, Health, and Society. Currently, her work allows her to partner with non-profits, foundations, and public and private entities across the education spectrum in early childhood, K-12, and higher education, as well as community schools and initiatives committed to youth mental health. As a consultant, Catherine helps build and further the innate capacity and expertise of her clients, and she is skilled in evaluation design and implementation, data visualization, and group facilitation. She currently resides in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and she is an active member of the American Educational Research Association (AERA) and the American Evaluation Association (AEA).
