Fiona is the Strategic Support Manager at Apex Evaluation guiding projects from their very beginnings as a potential connection through the realized project handoff to the project team with a lens on improving the process along the way. She started as a Project Support Specialist at Apex working with Evaluators on a wide variety of projects and topics, helping to ensure that the evaluation projects continued seamlessly both for the team and the project partners. Fiona now assists with documenting and improving existing processes with the help of Apex's partners and staff as they evolve. The drive to continuously learn throughout her educational journey has followed her throughout her professional career. She received her bachelor’s degree in Evolutionary Anthropology from the University of New Mexico and has recently received a Certificate of Specialization in Leadership and Management through Harvard Business School Online. In her work, Fiona is passionate about driving innovation, improving upon existing systems, and using her unique perspective to help expand current thinking.
