Audacity Nadler (they/them) is a transgender nonbinary human whose anarchist tendencies serve as their superpower, as well as their greatest professional challenge. They have nearly 20 years of experience in psychology, evidence-based prevention, program development and evaluation, and the support of resilient human development through a systems lens. They have planned, implemented, and evaluated a variety of programs with federal and state funding in the areas of sexual violence prevention, overdose prevention, and health promotion. As a Senior Researcher at James Bell Associates, Audacity provides technical assistance to and contributes to research with federally funded tribal home visiting programs in the areas of data collection, management, reporting, continuous quality improvement, and evaluation. As a private consultant, they provide needs assessment and program evaluation support to community public health improvement efforts.
Prior to joining JBA, Nadler spent nearly 15 years in higher education as a psychology faculty member at community colleges and state universities in California and New Mexico. Nadler received an Ed.D. in organizational leadership for behavioral health from Grand Canyon University and an M.A. in psychology with a focus on developmental psychology from San Diego State University. They completed a yearlong certificate program in adult education from San Diego State University’s College of Education, and obtained an B.A. in psychology from the University of New Mexico.
