Lilian Chimuma, P.h.D., is a mixed methods researcher and evaluator currently working as an internal evaluator for the sexual violence prevention unit within the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). In her role and for the past three years, Lilian oversees and manages evaluation processes for the sexual violence and the comprehensive human sexuality education (CHSE) programs. Through her work, she advocates for the value and need for equitable practices that empower those served and that honor community voice especially for traditionally underrepresented groups.
