Holly Torres is a research scientist at the Center for Human Services Research and holds a MS degree in Educational Psychology and Methodology from the University at Albany, SUNY. She is experienced in quantitative and qualitative methods including focus groups, interviews, survey design, Qualtrics implementation, and pre-post data analysis for education, behavioral health, and child development programs. Previously, Holly worked for the Evaluation Consortium and the Child Research and Study Center at the University at Albany conducting research on educational technology, literacy, socioemotional development, drug abuse, and mental health.
