Linda Vo, MPH currently serves as the Knowledge Translation Program Coordinator and Switzer Research Fellowships Program Manager at the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research within the Administration for Community Living. For 11 years prior to this role, she was a program evaluator at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for injury and violence prevention programs, workforce development, and emergency response, among others. She had served as the Evaluation Lead overseeing capacity building activities agency-wide and the CDC Evaluation Fellowship Program, which started her career there. Throughout her career, she works at the intersection and bridging between practice and research to help communities adopt, implement, and adapt best available evidence within their unique context and to build practice-based evidence in programs. She focuses on translating data into actionable insights and facilitating their use for program design, implementation, improvement, and sustainability. Her expertise draws upon 15+ years of experience in mixed methods studies and delivering tools, training, and technical assistance for implementation, evaluation, and behavioral sciences.
