Dr Phuntsho Choden (PhD) is a development evaluator working as an independent consultant and researcher. Her expertise is in development economics, project development and evaluation, gender, and equity. She holds a PhD from QUT Business School investigating social capital and wellbeing and a double master’s degree in Economics. She has 20+ years of experience in government, academia, and the private sector. Dr Choden has proven analytical skills and ability for data analysis, econometric modeling, report writing, mentoring research, and teaching. She is a passionate advocate of research and culturally responsive evaluation.
