Michael M. Rook, Ph.D. is a program evaluator at the U.S. National Science Foundation in the Directorate for STEM Education, where he supports the development of strategies and approaches for program-level monitoring and evaluation of federal investments in STEM education research and development. In addition, Michael is a learning scientist, researcher, and developer of technologies and tools to support portfolio analysis, learning environments, and teaching and learning practices. Michael holds a PhD from the Pennsylvania State University and a MAT and BS from the College of New Jersey.
