Michelle Garred, PhD, is the Founder and Principal at Ripple Peace Research & Consulting LLC, which provides program design, evaluation and research services for organizations working to improve intergroup relations across cultural, religious, racial, ethnic and other lines of difference. With two decades of experience spanning 35 countries, Michelle is a skilled facilitator of collaborative learning processes, known for her expertise in the roles of faith and identity in social change. Her core publications include Making Peace with Faith: The Challenges of Religion and Peacebuilding (co-edited with Mohammed Abu-Nimer) and Change Inside and Out: An Evaluator’s Guide to Outcome Harvesting + Attitude Change (co-authored with Min Ma and co-developed with Malaka Refai). Her working languages are English and Spanish.
