Elena "Noon" Kuo, PhD MPH (she/her), is a Senior Evaluation and Learning Consultant with the Center for Community Health and Evaluation (CCHE.org), part of Kaiser Permanente Washington Health Research Institute. Elena has over twenty years of experience working in public health. Her work at CCHE focuses on providing health-related organizations with the information, tools, and resources they need to more effectively achieve their goals and build their evaluation capacity. She brings expertise in evaluation design, qualitative and quantitative mixed-methods data collection and analysis, and synthesis and communication of results to key stakeholders. Her evaluation approach emphasizes the need for the evaluation to be dynamic and adaptive so that it stays relevant, feasible, and useful. She has a long-standing interest in health education and addressing inequities in access, education, and outcomes for marginalized communities. Elena earned her BS from Emory University, and MPH and PhD in epidemioligy from the University of Washington.
