Eleanor Ngerchelei Titiml, M.Ed (ADB) is a native of Belau (Republic of Palau) and a doctoral candidate in Research Methodology at Loyola University Chicago. Titiml's academic and career experiences include studying, researching, managing, and evaluating programs and policy across the social service and education sectors in the U.S. and her home in Belau. Titiml's appraoch to her work inlcudes learning and applying indigenous and culutrally-responsive methodologies to design, evaluate, and support programs and their beneficiaries. In her personal time, Titiml enjoys water sports, particulalry outrigger canoe, reading, music, and catching sunsets.
