Ouen Hunter, Ph.D., M.S.W., M.S. currently serves as the Senior Director of Research and Evaluation at YWCA Kalamazoo, bringing a wealth of academic achievements and professional experience to her role. With a diverse educational background including a Master of Science in Biostatistics, a Master of Social Work, and a Doctorate in Evaluation. Ouen has over 15 years of dedicated experience in research and evaluation. Her focus is incoproating the lens of Culturally Responsive Evaluation in evaluation.
