Dala T. KORKOYAH, Jr. is a senior project management practitioner, strategic planner and a master trainer, with over 20 years of professional experience in the development sector. An expert in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), his work covers development issues relating to public health, gender equality and women empowerment, youth economic growth and livelihoods, democracy, rights and governance and human resources development in West and East Africa. Mr. Korkoyah currently serves as Deputy Chief of Party for the USAID/Liberia Data, Evaluation, Learning and Technical Assistance (DETA) Activity. Heholds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management.
