Hello, my name is Dianna Cazarez, M.S., and I am a Research Associate with WestEd. I am a first-generation college graduate and 2nd generation Mexican-American woman. I work in the Research, Development, and Innovation department with the STEM Evaluation Unit. My previous experience before working with WestEd includes teaching Biology at the undergraduate level, managing Programs and Services for an afterschool program, and laboratory research at a State university. I am passionate about advocating for equity and inclusion in all facets of research and evaluation work and supporting students and families to navigate the sciences at school and in their everyday lives.
