Rebecca Grady (PhD) is the Research Manager for Leave and Care Programs at the Washington State Employment Security Department. Angie Funaiole (MS) is the Child Health Supervisor for the Washington State Department of Health. In each of their roles, Rebecca and Angie regularly partner across the public-private-academic spheres to implement and evaluate programs supporting people and families, and to strengthen systems that support equitable socioeconoimc and health outcomes.
