Callie H. Lambarth, MSW, is currently a Senior Research Associate at the Center for Improvement of Child & Family Services at Portland State University, where she serves as principal investigator, project manager and data analyst. She has been conducting utilization-focused, culturally responsive, and community-engaged research and evaluation since 2001, with a focus on services to children, youth, and families. Ms. Lambarth values collaborative work with communities to implement and support relevant data collection methods and to engage in data-driven decision-making that advances equity. Her work with community partners has informed local, state, and national conversations about early childhood health, wellness, and school readiness policies, investments, and programs.
