Lexi Jones, M.S., is an Evaluation Coordinator with South Carolina First Steps. Lexi is the project coordinator for the "Your Voice Matters" feedback initiative which works to engage key stakeholders in designing, intrepreting, and responding to data. She also is the lead evaluator for the agency's early childhood innovation grantmaking project. During her time at First Steps, Lexi has contributed to evaluations of the agency's First Steps 4K program and the agency's school transition programs. She has a passion for making data approachable and actionable through practical tips and skill-building training.
