Kimberly Bowman is Director of Planning, Learning & Evaluation with World Education Services (WES), a non-profit social enterprise that supports the educational, economic and social inclusion of immigrants, refugees and international students.
She is especially interested in the “applied” side of research and evaluation - in particular how different kinds of evidence can inform decision-making.
Kimberly holds a B.A. from McGill University, a Master’s in Social Research Methods from the London School of Economics and is currently a graduate student in Environment & Business at the University of Waterloo.
She lives near Toronto, Canada with an energetic 9yr old and this is her first-ever time in Portland.
