Mrs. Fallon Graham

Mrs. Fallon Graham is the Director of Planning, Policy & Research for Chesapeake Public Schools. In this role, she facilitates strategic planning, revises district policy, establishes relationships with legislators, and conducts research and program evaluations. Additionally, she serves as the Freedom of Information Officer and offers guidance on the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. Fallon ensures policies and strategies align with Chesapeake Public Schools' mission to inspire, engage, and empower all learners.

Fallon is also a doctoral candidate at Virginia Tech, focusing on educational leadership and policy. She balances her professional and academic commitments with family life, enjoying time with her supportive spouse, two children, and an adorable Boston Terrier.

Dr. Tee Bunch- Boney

Dr. Tee Bunch-Boney is the Supervisor of Planning, Policy, and Research for Chesapeake Public Schools. With an Ed.D. in Advanced Educational Leadership and over 20 years of experience, she is a passionate advocate for inclusive education and lifelong learning. Her background includes serving as an Assistant Principal overseeing special education programs, where she honed her leadership, policy development, and strategic planning skills.

In her current role, Dr. Bunch-Boney leads educational initiatives, conducts data-driven research, and provides policy guidance to enhance educational practices. She is dedicated to creating supportive and inclusive environments for all students and conducts program evaluations for new initiatives to ensure their effectiveness.

Dr. Bunch-Boney is committed to influencing educational policies by staying updated on the latest research and actively engaging in policy discussions. She believes in the power of networking and collaboration to drive innovation and growth in education
