Beth Ficklin currently serves as a project evaluator at the Idaho Center on Disabilities and Human Development, she provides evaluation support for a variety of statewide initiatives, including a grant from the Office of Special Education Programs, a statewide initiative to improve Pyramid Model Practices, and a statewide program to provide financial support to families to close education gaps in Idaho. Working on various projects requires a deep understanding of program effectiveness, assisting program leaders engage in continuous improvement, and assessing program effectiveness.
