Nneoma Nwobilor, MSc has nearly a decade of experience in program and policy research and analysis with academic training and work in economics, community engagement, and development. As a Senior Research and Evaluation Manager, Nneoma works on health equity, racial justice, early childhood education, and economic well-being by using a strength-based approach to understand best-emerging practices and knowledge that promote healing, justice, and equity.
Nneoma also works with partner organizations, including state, tribal, and local organizations on many topics related to policy advancement, social impact evaluation, and capacity development. She supports partner organizations in planning, developing, and implementing evaluation plans/projects, technical assistance, and training projects, and uses a mixed methods approach to analyze complex data. Nneoma is dedicated to using her passion for social justice to identify the best tools and practices to advance strategies and policies.
