Avanthi Jayasuriya, MPH

Avanthi Jayasuriya, MPH (she/her) is the Director of Program and Impact at Cardea Services. Her work focuses on mixed-methods evaluations, providing evaluation capacity building, and facilitation support with a variety of community-based partners, public and private funders, and associations and system support organizations. Rooted in equity and social justice, and oriented around early childhood and adolescent social service supports provided through community-based initiatives, Avanthi loves building relationships with incredible community partners to support evaluation processes that communicate their story of impact. Avanthi has a Masters of Public Health in Maternal and Child Health from the University of Washington and is currently a doctoral student and Bloomberg American Health Initiative fellow at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.
