Elizabeth Menstell Coyle, MPH (she/her) is a Senior Reseach and Evaluation Manager at Cardea Services. Over her 5 years at Cardea, Elizabeth has partnered with community from diverse settings to develop and implement participatory program evaluation. Elizabeth collaborates with partners throughout the evaluation process to develop strategies and tools that help tell the story of their work. Before her work at Cardea, Elizabeth worked at RTI International and the Institute for Reproductive Health, Georgetown University. Most of Elizabeth’s research and evaluation projects have a topical focus on early childhood development, sexual and reproductive health and education, and equity and justice. Elizabeth has a Masters of Public Health from Emory University and a Bachelors of Arts in International Studies from American University.
