I am proficient in designing data collection tools and implementing quantitative and qualitative research using mixed methods and data triangulation. I have managed national research projects on Public Services, education, and more, and have 10 years of experience with USAID projects, including designing and evaluating M&E Plans. My fieldwork spans Afghanistan, Bulgaria, India, and other countries. Since 2014, I have led evaluation projects remotely and regularly present at major evaluation conferences. I align my work with ADS 201, PMI’s Code of Ethics, and AEA’s Guiding Principles, and have worked with government officials on using SMART Objectives. As a team leader, I focus on fostering collaboration and skill development. I am a certified PMP, proficient in Agile and hybrid project management, and support collaborative decision-making among stakeholders.
