Clair Johnson, PhD is a Lead for Program Evaluation and Strategic Research within the Talent organization at Deloitte, where her daily work includes the design and implementation of program evaluations and the development of new measurement strategies to assess firm priorities. She has a doctorate degree in Educational Research, Measurement, and Evaluation from Boston College and a bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Rutgers University. Her career background is varied and includes experience working at a non-profit organization, conducting institutional research at San Diego City College, and managing the measurement and evaluation strategy for the McNulty Leadership Program at the Wharton School. In addition to program evaluation and its many facets, Clair is particularly interested in teaching, writing, and strategy work.
