Titilayo Adeniran, DrPH MPH

Dr. Titilayo Adeniran is an accomplished public health expert with over 17 years of experience in program evaluation, outcomes research, and data analytics. Her leadership in developing data-driven strategies has significantly improved organizational efficiency and effectiveness. She specializes in both quantitative and qualitative analysis, fostering a data-centric culture across organizations. Dr. Adeniran holds a Doctorate in Public Health (DrPH) in Population Health Analytics from Samford University, a Certificate in Digital Health from Harvard Business School Online, and a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Community Health from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She also earned a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from Babcock University, Nigeria. Currently, she is the Senior Director of Education Scholarly Activity, Outcomes, and Data Analytics at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York. In this role, she leads data strategy and research efforts, aligning them with institutional and ACGME priorities, and drives initiatives to enhance research and health outcomes. She previously held various leadership positions at HSS, where she contributed to operational excellence, research development, and community health improvements. Dr. Adeniran is deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). She has been a member of the HSS DEI Leadership Council and led efforts to address healthcare disparities, earning the DEI Award for Addressing Disparities in Care. In addition to her professional work, Dr. Adeniran co-founded and serves as President of the Graceville Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit organization. She is also an Advisory Board Member for MyGoal Inc., which supports families impacted by autism. Her dedication to public health and community service reflects her passion for driving positive change through research, data, and advocacy.
