My name is Amota Ataneka, PhD student at the College of Education, Human Services and Criminalogy at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio. I was born and reaised in a very remote and small island country in center of the Pacific Ocean called Kiribati. There are only two of us from this island to ever come to the US for graduate studies. My PhD concentration is Quantitative Research Methods, developing and applying new quantitative methods for the social sciences.
