Dr. Ishaka Oche is a health scientist with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the Division of Violence Prevention. She is the lead evaluation officer for the Rape Prevention and Education (RPE) Program and works to support programmatic activites, monitor program implementation and evaluate efforts across funded recipients in all 50 states and U.S. Territories.
