Jess Littman, MSc, is the Manager of Measurement, Evaluation & Dissemination in the Department of Global Health & Clinical Skills at the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Jess is an evaluator and evaluation capacity builder focusing on public health, education, and international development. At the AAP, she is building an evaluation system for a large department with programs and partnerships across dozens of countries. Her past experience includes developing evaluation systems and layperson evaluation capacities as a consultant and as an internal evaluator at several NGOs across East Africa. She has experience in a variety of methodologies, from participatory evaluation to applied research. She spent the first several years of her evaluation career living and working in the East Africa region before relocating to the Chicago area for a globally-focused position.
