Christina R. Fleck, Ph.D. (Co-Chair) oversees the Strategic Research and Program Evaluation workstream on the People Analytics and Research team at Deloitte. The team evaluates firm-wide initiatives, designs pilot studies to test new talent processes and tools, and develops new measures to accurately capture talent perceptions and behaviors (i.e., Talent Experience). Prior to Deloitte, Christina worked for PepsiCo, Inc. on Global Centers of Excellence to include career development, coaching, employee engagement, talent assessment, and succession planning. Christina is an active member of SIOP, the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA), and METRO (a local Industrial-Organizational Psychology organization). She serves as an Adjunct Professor at Westchester University and a reviewer for the Mentoring and Tutoring Taylor and Francis Journal. Christina earned her M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Xavier University and her Ph.D. in Applied Organizational Psychology at Hofstra University.
