Serena Chapman (she/her), M.A., is a Research Associate at Pacific Research and Evaluation (PRE). Ms. Chapman earned her Master of Arts degree in Evaluation and Positive Organizational Psychology from Claremont Graduate University and has eight years of experience evaluating and coordinating programs. Ms. Chapman is a skilled qualitative and quantitative researcher with a strong foundation in evaluation theory, design, and practice having led and supported the evaluation efforts of a wide variety of programs in higher education, K-12 education, mental health, community development, and more. She is currently leading evaluations for Northwest State Community College, Grand Rapids Community College, Greenville Technical College, El Paso Community College, Hillsborough County Public Schools, the Hawaii Department of Education, and Western Lane Crisis Response. Ms. Chapman is skilled in all areas of evaluation but is especially passionate about bringing information to life through data visualization and information design as well as conducting mixed-methods research to gather insightful data to tell stories, lift voices, and affect positive change.
