Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Adviser

Kolianita is the MEL Adviser with the Strategy, Performance, and Learning Unit under the DG's Office at SPC. She brings 15 years of development experience at international, regional, and national levels, covering sectors such as fisheries, health, agriculture, gender, education, disability, and social and environmental safeguards. Her extensive background includes work with the governments of Tonga and Fiji, UN Women, and UNICEF.
Kolianita has been instrumental in various MEL initiatives around the region, working with Country Offices (COSs) to build capacities in data collection, field monitoring, and evaluation. Her expertise spans areas such as WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), VAW (Violence Against Women), and rapid data collection in humanitarian and disaster situations.
She holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Economics, and Postgraduate Certificates in Gender and Human Resource Management from the University of the South Pacific.
