Kendra Straub joined U.S. Bank in 2022 as an Assistant Vice President, Strategy, focused on developing evaluation frameworks, capturing short-, medium-, and long-term outcomes, and fostering a culture of capturing social and environmental impact. She has over 10 years’ experience conducting rigorous evaluation and applied research in the higher education, nonprofit, and financial sectors. Previously she worked for YMCA of San Diego, Metropolitan Area Advisory Committee on Anti-Poverty (MAAC), and the Department of Health & Human Service Office of Refugee Resettlement leading social impact tracking and reporting initiatives. She holds a Master’s in Communication from San Diego State University and B.S. in Political Science from Northern Arizona University.
