Dr. Heather Jach Turner is a 25-year nonprofit professional specializing in fund development and capacity building. She has been an adjunct faculty member at the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Western Michigan University since 2019, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate-level courses in nonprofit leadership and administration. Dr. Jach Turner holds her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Adler University and her Master's degree in Public Administration from Western Michigan University. Heather serves on the Board of Directors for The Arc Community Advocates in Kalamazoo, MI, working with advocates to improve the lives of adults and children living with Intellectual Disabilities. When not working, Heather enjoys time with her family and in her garden.
