Michael Hart

Michael J. Hart is a graduate student at Western Michigan University, where he is completing an Interdisciplinary PhD in Evaluation and serves as managing editor for the Journal of MultiDisciplinary Evaluation, and works for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services as a legislative and budgetary specialist. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Saginaw Valley State University and a Master of Public Administration from Western Michigan University.
