JoAnna Hillman, MPH, is the Owner and Principal Evaluator for Hillman Associates, LLC, a consulting firm providing customized and comprehensive evaluation services and technical assistance for public health and healthcare programs. She teaches master's level courses in survey design at Emory University. She is published in peer-reviewed journals on her evaluation work. She has over 20 years of survey design experience in program evaluation for clients ranging from local nonprofits to university schools to national organizations.
