Gvantsa Chagunava is a graduate of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Tbilisi State University (social work and psychology). Later, she continued her studies in applied social psychology at the master's level. In 2020, She received qualifications at Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas, Lithuania, and in 2021 at the University of Wurzburg, Germany. At various times, She worked in the field of human rights, MEAL and women's rights on the basis of non-governmental, international organizations, in the direction of communications. Gvantsa is the author of several studies in the field of gender and human rights. At Taso Foundation, she has been coordinating international Participatory Feminist MEAL project for more than 2 years. She has been a member of the Taso Foundation team since 2022.
