Dr. Bryanna Montpeirous currently serves as a Research Associate for the Research, Evaluation, and Measurement (REM) Center in the College of Education at the University of South Carolina. In her role, she coordinates all aspects of the evaluation for the CarolinaTIP teacher induction program. Her Ph.D. in Educational Foundations & Inquiry from the University of South Carolina adds a wealth of knowledge in educational theory, research methodologies, and practical applications for enhancing public education to the program evaluation field. Her research interests focus on early career teacher well-being, the teacher development continuum, the impact of induction programs on teacher retention, as well as utilization-focused and culturally responsive evaluation.
In addition to her research and evaluation responsibilities, Dr. Montpeirous actively mentors graduate students and collaborates with faculty on various grant-funded projects. Her commitment to improving educational outcomes through rigorous evaluation and evidence-based practices has made her a valuable member of the REM Center over the past seven years.
